        "text": "Not good.  I went to the local Walmart (store #475 Round Rock, TX) to purchase 4 new tires for my Tahoe.  After a significant wait at the counter someone appeared and asked what I needed.  I proceed to tell the attendant that I need 265 60R 17 tires for my vehicle.  This person tells me they do not have that size and instructs me to check for myself on Walmart.com and order them.  Lazy.  Not happy, but I do just that, and find myself a great deal on exactly the tire I need.  Cool.  Order tires to be delivered to store and schedule install.  Cool.  Wait 3 days for delivery (tracked) and appointment (same day).  Morning of, get vague message that appointment is cancelled and to follow up with store.  Online shows delivered.  Text say delivered.  So I call store.  Different person, tells me that tires are not delivered and to wait for a call from them to reschedule the appointment.  I request that he do his job as Walmart Car Care Center employee and track down my tires please.  They are in your system.  After actually looking for them in the shop, low and behold he finds them.  Keep in mind, this guy is not hiding the fact that he is irritated at my insistence on not taking his answers and just accepting his crap customer service.  So I ask, politely, then I can come in for my appointment?  His answer, Yeah!  Hangs up on me.\nThen I go to appointment.  Same guy is now at counter.  I check in.  He runs out to shop and whispers to let them know that the guy who scared him on the phone is here to get his tires installed.  I check in with the shop manager? and they take my truck.  30 minutes later, tech comes to me and says he can not install my tires because they do not have the tools to deal with two stubborn lug nuts.  Lazy.  I accept his bs and take the tires with me.  I immediately go to the front of the store and request a manger.  I wait for 35 minutes to speak to someone, who I am later told is just a front end lead, and that they do not have anyone actually managing the store.  I discuss my concerns, mainly that without having Walmart install the tires, I will be without a warranty and the roadside protection that comes with tires purchase/install.  He disappears, comes back, and tells me to go to another tire shop, and have them loosen the two lugs, return and have Walmart CC complete the install in order to get the coverage.  That’s the only way, sorry sorry bla bla at this point.  Ok, irritated, but want my coverage so I go to Discount Tire nearby and of course the professional shop tech there does it for free and apologizes on behalf of all tire techs for the Walmart treatment. I say, here take this, and thanks for hooking me up.  Anyway, back to Walmart for some more irritants.  Bring vehicle and tires back to Walmart and they check me back in and start install.  3 hours later, a ton of mean mugging directed at me from everyone in the dept, and having people follow me through the store while I shopped, I’m finally told my tires are done.   I knew they were done because I watched the tech take his sweet time doing the job and talking about me.  This is 5.5 hours after my initial appointment time mind you.  Time to check out, they want me to pay again for the installation even though I have paid for everything online when I ordered the tires, and proceed to tell me that if I don’t I will not get my warranty and roadside assistance package.  I ask to talk to store manager again, and they inform me that he instructed them to tell me to call customer service if I have any other complaints to lodge.  Took my car, in silence, and did just that.  Corporate customer service agent was appalled, apologized profusely of course, vowed to extract justice for my ordeal by elevating my complaint about store #475 to the highest authority, and assured me that they are working on the issues.  I gave this 2 stars because the tires are awesome, the deal was good, and the delivery to the store was prompt and tracked properly.  The store 475 employees dropped this ball, and the sad thing is, they did it out of petty spite because I made them do their fricken jobs.",
